you've only to run install.php in your phpbb2 folder, after u've to setting up some settings, Like:

DB_USERNAME [Often: "root"]
DB_PASSWORD [Often: ""]
DB_HOST [Often: "localhost"]
DB_NAME [Often: "your database name"]

This setting work only if u try to install the forum at localhost...if u haven't understood i can explain it to u..
