I've played alot of runescape, and well i think the best way to sell your account is through sites like ebay and i respect your decision for banning trading of runescape related things because it does voilate their TOS and second they have their on runescape forums (mems only) for this but thats not it there are TONS of runescape fansites with 10's of thousands of members so try and do it there =o.
