Actually, Fabulous has a nice presentation about how longer generic search keyword phrases are doing better all the time.

Unfortunately, they moved the presentation, so I don't have the link anymore.

But really, any logical search term will do. Check Overture's keyword search tool for how often it gets searched, but remember that Overture will re-organize phrases, drop plurals, etc., so you need to use some common sense in the wording and tense. Another good place to look for keyword names is WordTracker.
