Our country is not on paypal's country list. So im using an unverified account. My balance is 0.0 at this point but expecting someone to send me money. I know that i can receive money from othe paypal account but can i also send money to another account? And can i use my unverified account to purchase online goods and services like registering a domain? Im just worried that domain registrars wont accept my unverified paypal account.
