I once had a bad experience with NetZero, the undisputed king of trying to annoying customers into staying. It would refuse (yes I said that) to allow me to cancel my subscription. Only after 2 months did I manage to cut it. (hint: never sign up for free 1 month "no strings" trials, ever, ever again) I know my mistake, and my experience had led me to never use netzero again.
