ERFAN Server is a light weight stand alone web server witch will allow you to start PHP, APACHE and MySQL services on your PC in order to setup web applications and programming.
The program is completely compatible with Joomla/Mambo/Mitra and support Unicode UTF8 by default, It is also has a good interface to manage database and projects, this version supports PHP5 and it is only 6 MB.
