you can download most fonts for free but make sure it's royalty-free to give away also, when you create graphics requiring unique fonts:
(1) create it as a graphic/ turn it into graphic
(2) retain it as a font, give the .psd file and include the .ttf
(3) for paid fonts, you can't do that.
