Look for [SIZE=-1]WYSIWYG website builder. I know some are freely available. I can't remember but I have download one few months ago, it need free online registration. It is best to use them than spending time on coding.
If your host provide php and mysql support, best to use content management systems. Lot's availbale for free. Look at demo at: opensourcecms.com[/SIZE]
