Hy guys,
I need a script that will do this :
User registers, and needs to pay amount of money to get his account activated. When activated (manually by admin) and logged in, he can manage his user account, like username, password, country, e-mail, payment e-mail etc...
They have unique referral link.
For every referral they get, they are credited amount of money on their account.
And when they reach minimum payout requirement, they can request money to be paid to their PayPal account.
I want it to have admin panel from which I can activate users, and receive payout requests, and mark those requests as paid etc.
I want to have a config file in which I could set amount of money that needs to be paid for acc to be activated, and amount of money user will get for referring other members, and minimum payout, OR to be able to set it in admin panel.
I need it to be php/mysql based.
I will pay 3,000 ddPoints and 10$ via PayPal to the user that could make this script for me!
