Sorry, there used to be a few, (see my sig for one). But they all require php4 or something wierd (really lax security permissions). Serioulsy, you take the one at my sig, learn php5, mysql(easier), then use it for your site, but anything free always has a flaw. If you are really seroius, get a real webhost. Not a "clustered (another way of saying "we don't have our own servers" - at times, maybe some do), shared (though with bigger webhosts 1and1, powerservers, etc... they can be good) and if don't know php, never try to run a webscript!!! Especially one as complex as a surf script!
