I didn't see much different with it than a few paragraphs of text... minus the privacy, forum, and about pages... Are you trying to run this hosting service? or build its name and sell it?
You wanted it appraised - and right now, your site is worth mid to low $xx. Get some traffic, build a client base, and the developed site will be worth much more.
Sure, the name has potential, and it's brandable, but the name itself isn't worth much.
If there were a company already around called SiegeHost, they may pay you good money for it, but I'll bet that there isn't, because it was available. So anyone else thinking of using SeigeHost as a host company will see it's taken and quickly choose something else....
