They are not paying. I've installed their code last month and still now my income is $0. Any idea?

I don't think that they are paying since nobody reported payouts, or they haven't even tried. If we put this on our site will it spend bandwith on our server, or they are spending bandwith of ipromotes.com, also how big are the files and will they slow down the page loading?
