How exactly does getting DD for high scores work?

Do you have to be number one to get the 500 dd? If not, how exactly does it work?

Yes you have to be number 1 in the high-scores. You have to make a score higher than the actual highest score at any game to win 500 DDPoints.

You could reset them every month, but that would also cause problems. Some people who were never near the highscore could quickly get 500 points from it. And more people would be able to be that quicker, so lots of ddPoints would be earned for doing very little.

so if you lost the first place position does the system take away your 500 points?

I'm sure it doesn't take the 500ddpoints back if you lost your title in first place. It wouldnt be possible because if you spent it for the domains already, how can they take points from you. Unless you lose your domain
