My question is....If i dont verify my card then how will they send me the money(less than 500$) ....Will they send it through courier or email??

You can order a Cheque (via postal mail / courier) from PayPal.
It will cost you $5 USD.

Transferring to a Bank account will usually cost nothing.
(so thats why i prefer direct to bank funds transfer)
