Favourite Bulletin Board Software

I'm curious to know what your favourite Bulletin Board software is.

There are loads out there, but my personal favourite is vBulletin. Although I can't afford one so I have to make do with SMF :P

I prefer vBulletin as it is the software which I am more familiar with. It is easier to work with, and quite customizable, plus it is the most known forum software available even though it is the most expensive. However I do like phpBB as it is the most customizable and it's free

Voted for vBulletin.

This board started on phpBB but after a while we recognized that phpBB does not have all the functionality to support a professional forum. We are very satisfied with vBulletin.

Yeah, vbulletin has the most professsional feel about it.

You get what you pay for I guess.

I like IPB but I voted for myBB because it is the software i use on my forums at the minute

Has anyone used SMF before? I just got a dowload of it just now, it doesn't look very exciting! I suppose time will tell

My favourite is phpbb

The best I've tryied

SMF is great software. I really do like it, but you do get what you pay for with vBulletin. It is a rip off to buy but at least it brings a professional and trusting feel to your site.

v bullition is probaly the best
but i like phpbb better cuz it is free
