That's because they aint selling real hosting or giivng real hosting. they are doing overselling in that sense. most web hosts does the same thing. but paid hosts like mine, wont result in bad lags and so on .

My site's currently hosted on WarmWebHost.com - cPanel, Reseller, VPS, and Dedicated Cheap & Reliable Hosting. It's a great host, plus I'm getting it for free as I've got some sponsored hosting with them.
