Firefox updates automatically, I also take care to always have the latest VLC version.

i haev installed spybot,Asaware amd NOD32.I don ned to update my NOD32 and i keep update both Spybot adn adaware besides i often rum windwows updates

I update my antivirus(avast), OS(win XP), messengers(msn and Y!), and also some other softies which provide free updates......

it depends.. all of my program's automatic updates are on, so they can update easily... if i turned it off, i better not update.
