Windows Live Hotmail debuts

Microsoft has announced the launch of Windows Live Hotmail globally in 36 languages, complete with AJAX goodness. The new service has been built to be a vast improvement over the previous Hotmail offering, incorporating input from more than 20 million beta testers.

Err.... I thought Microsoft already announced Windows Live Hotmail about a few months ago [about 3 months for the global beta, but made even more well known 1.5 months ago, and have yet another promotional campaign half a month ago]?

*I've already upgraded my Hotmail account a few weeks ago.

i tried that, and its good.. why, because microsoft made it, so it is completely compatible with IE7.. but in yahoo mail (new), its not, why, because microsoft has no complete associated with yahoo..

Since the majority of users still use IE, it would be a serious mistake to leave them out.

I have beta tested Live Hotmail and I like "Live Mail" (previous name) better, because it is the same as their desktop program that replaces Outlook Express. I like the interface, probably the best of all.
