Whats the difference of Firefox an Internet Explorer

What should i get, Firefox or keep Internet Explorer? which is better and wh?

firefox is faster, more stable, much safer and has many more options for add-ons and handy things etc (for example, tabbed browsing), but personally i use opera, doesnt really matter as long as its not ie

I prefer FireFox over Opera. Opera doesn't have a very appealing UI, so FireFox looks nicer overall. I've also been using it for around a year, so that might have something to do with it.

Firefox has extensions. That should be enough in it's favour. Though there is much more.

I just find opera easier to use; with little things such as the mouse gestures (hold down right click and move your mouse to the left to go back a page, to the right to go forward a page and scroll to switch between pages) and the 'paste and go' option in the address bar.

Both can be found as extensions I think. Mouse Gestures can, I'm sure.
