[Help] internet connection

hii all
i need help about get new Internet Connection
i don't know types of internet Connection
i only know :
1- Modem with 56 KB
2- DSL -ADSL line
and i have the No#2 type ADSL line
i share it with another at NetWork it isn't my
but itry alot of ISP , but all is so bad
because most of them :
get 15 user at line with 512 K.B speed (and at least 7 of them are downloading much)
or get 40-80 users at line with 1 M.B speed and some use NetCut And other program that make other users can't use Internet
so i want to get new internet Connection
but the problem that i can't because i don't have land Phone
so is there are some Cheap Internet Connection that don't need Land phone ???
i hear about BroadBand but i don't know what is that ???
because i don't have knowledge with Networking !!!
i have PC not Laptop
please if you find solve to this , tell me quickly

its availabe for both PC and Laptop

its wireless so u can take it with everywhere

sorry but as i say at my post ,i don't have information about networks
so it that need to special hardware ??? i mean some types of Internet card ??? or it work on MY LAN network card ???

u can use it by ur USB port.........

all hardware wil provided by them ....

u dont need aditional hardware

and at my country when i ask VodaPhone
it say that
this service is for Bussiness Lines only not for personal Lines (that REcharge with refull cards ) and it coast 1.5 piasters for 1 K.B recived
so 1 M.B (1024) = 1536 (15 L.E) per every MegaByte
in additional to 50 l.E Monthly Subscribe for this service
and only For Wi-Fi Laptops
so that's not what i need
i need somthing for PC & lapTop
and can work at Mycountry (Egypt) With Out DSL ,Modems or any other lines

Try Google TiSP (like alot of Google stuff this is free but supported by adds) I'm not sure if it can be used yet in Egypt though...
