Considering that both offer the same 2.9% transaction fee, I'd stick with Paypal since its known to be a much more settled, and stable organisation. I'm registered at Alertpay too, since I get payment from some PTC websites.

Paypal is much more commonly used I think... Ive actually never even heard of Alert Pay, so I voted Paypal!
