There are no tricks.

You can see how to earn ddpoints in the rules.

Just post a couple times everyday. Also, maybe possibly start a new thread every once a while. In a month or two, you'll probably have enough points.

Feedback on ddPoints & ddPlaza
make sure you post a lot (threads/replies- spread it all over ddboard)
refer a lot (not dummy referrals, not yourself, not your clones)
play a lot
and from time to time let's say weekly buy lottery.

I don't suggest that you steal. The odds are against you, and you never win. You will only end up losing...Lottery is cool though.
