I spent 600 DDpoints buying 6 weekly lottery, and there are total 12 lottery bought and i didnt win the lottery?

Well as the name suggests, its a lottery. The winning ticket is a completely random selection. Sometimes you win sometimes you lose, its all luck. Unless you buy all the tickets you can't complain that you haven't won. Just keep trying, you'll win eventually.

P.S: I dont want to aggravate your situation but just so you know, you spent more than 600 ddPoints. After tax it comes to a little more than 630 ddPoints.

I lost much money at the same way... in the last lottery i loose i lose 400... When i bought tickets had 17 numbers... I will not take more than 2 tickets
