I just bought a glowing username, but it's not showing up. Is there anything in particular I need to do to get it working?
Also, for the color, it asked what color and i didnt know what to put so I put a hex value, including the #. Was I not supposed to do that?

Glow is completely useless because it does not work in Firefox. Anyway, glad you have it working now.

we can't change username for you even if you pay ddpoints but only to enhance it. closing thread, issue resolved.
