I'm just wondering..
What exactly is the point of the ability to give gifts to other members? I mean, what exactly does it do? It does cost quite a bit.

For example ... if it's a users birthday ... and you understand well with him .. and you wanna make him a gift ... you can just send him a gift via DDboard. I guess it's a nice way to say Happy Birthday

The gifts will appear under your name on every post you make. You can take a look at any post that weblord made. He has a lot of gifts there

Oh, I see. Thanks for the answer! Sounds like a rather interesting prospect to give people gifts on a forums.

it's to decorate your virtual self on ddboard.com or to give it to somebody else.

I like this feature on ddBoard too.

Now I just wanted to start a new thread asking what are those animations under weblord, but thankfully I read this thread and understand now. I did not see them to anybody else though.
