If your site is following youll get

Page Ranking 0 = 10 ddp / person / site / if you submit and add reciprocal link to site
Page Ranking 1 = 20 ddp / person / site / if you submit and add reciprocal link to site
Page Ranking 2 = 30 ddp / person / site / if you submit and add reciprocal link to site
pr3 = 40 ddp / person / site / if you submit and add reciprocal link to site
pr4 = 70 ddp / person / site / if you submit and add reciprocal link to site
Page Ranking 5 = 100 ddp / person / site / if you submit and add reciprocal link to site

Youll get nothing if you dont add the reciprocal to your site.

well, I have a directory.
it has 389 sub-categories I mean your link will be on one of them
