Hello I need to create a simple database...

I need to someone explain me (step by step) how can i create a form and save the text in a database in mysql+php and i can add, clear and modify his content....

I know some of Php, but i don't know mysql, i don't know how can i create a table and read/write his content with php...

Don't put tutorials from internet i saw it some and i don't understand, if you know writte in...

Please send me to my mail... Please be very descriptive i'm amateur.... If you put graphics and links will be better
