Not bad, I personally like the play on words using the extension. However names like this are huge targets for typo traffic. del.icio.us is moving to delicious.com - why? - tons of lost traffic due to typos.

It also depends on what the name will be used for, IMO. Perhaps a rate my photo site? That could be big.

Great domain, hyphen makes it annoying to type. Between $10 and $25 I say.
