is this developed? How long have you had it? i would like to see stats before i appraise. The singular would probably be worth more.
But forums are hot now...

Pity about the plural as it could have been worth XXXX.

But as it is id say low XXX as i can see great potential in a forum about fathers separated from their children

Why would you not have a forum on a domain that has the word "forum" or "forums" in it? I would suggest a combination of content, resources, and forum.

By the way, the way some forum software applications (like vBulletin) define a forum, is that a section on a forum page is a forum. That means a page like DDBoard has multiple forums (the section "Domain Appraisals" being one). But I agree that it commonly the entire page is called a forum and not forums.

One other good thing is that the singular (dadforum.com) does not have any content, it is parked at sedo. If it was a good site with content, it would be harder to develop the plual domain.

what is the singular name doing? They would copy your site if they thought it might get an offer...

What I meant that dadforum.com is a simple parked domain, increasing the potential value of dadforums.com. If dadforum.com was a fully developed and popular domain, it would be more difficult to develop dadforums.com.

Just had a look at the URL trends for dadforum.com. It hasn't got any traffic on it, making a sale of that name quite difficult, unless someone sees the potential that I see in it.

Well get busy and make the forum. That's obviously what a lot of the type in traffic is looking for. Make the forum, do a little marketing, and then track the eyeballs. You might get some affiliate offers.
