The dot biz is not so bad but these names are long. I would mark them up with lots of keyword text and really dig into the site map and get some content on that page to have it make sense to visitors.

I like these names but I would develop them before I hoped to sell them.

Make a start your own business type site, or a payment gateway.
Just flat maybe mid xx's.
