yes and if you have a branch office residing in one of European communities members. i hope that they will be open for public.

Yes I regged too and already took care of that. have colleagues around the world willing to host the branch offices. It would be dumb to pay money if you don't meet the requirements.

i guess the basic policies here for domain registrations is no refunds so you just lose money.
