i prefer .com or .net tld but if i have money why not ? i can buy a good domain to sell it in the future

no, that would shoud weird if your site is not in asia. i need a .us or .com.

Yes i can, but i have to check whether top sold .com domain names exists in that extension. if i get it in offer period it is double okay.
