List of old expired domains....

Yeah, how can you register an expired domain, are they available in the market or you have to contact with the prvious owner, or what?

if a domain is expired it becomes freely registerable, as it would be a totally new name. You should go to your favourite registrar and simply register the domain for the standard registration fee.
