I have some question about domain parking. If I have a domain name then I want to park it. Then When time that I will use it. Can I still use it?

Please, I need your help guys.

Well, yes.
You can park and unpark a domain at any time.

No restrictions on it.

You just have to change the NameServers (NS) of the domain
(that would be pointing to the parking site's NS) to the NS of your new webhost.

Its that simple.

As stated above you can park and unpark as frequently as you like. The only time constraints will be how long it takes for the DNS to update.
