Try adding numbers to the letters and you can find some open 4 maybe 3 letter words
ll11
or q34l
etc.

Sig Links/One Day-5 points/One week-10 points/One Month-20 points/One year-200 points
Avvy/One day-10 points/Month-200/Year - 500

maybe three letter .com
but other characters and domain extension. i think not.

i don't think that all 3 letter domains are taken because one of my friends registered one a while a go.. But i think they will be soon
