no, i dont think so! but most common ones are!

4-letters dot com are exhausted and registered by all.
Though you maybe buy one from some domain reseller (min $50 now for non-pronounceable)

or

get/register one luckily if current owner forgets to renew it. (Chance is less)

All LLLL and NNNN .com domains are taken and you can try to buy some on digital point forums, but they are too expensive... I owned some before and sold them cheaply...

Yes, they're all taken. As for registering them after they expire ... pretty unlikely that would happen as any lll.com or llll.com would be picked up by a dropcatcher immediately. If you want one, you'll likely have to buy it from someone.

Most 3/4-char .com/.net domains have already been registered - but there is the chance of having someone forget to renew such domains.

Better are chances that you'll be hit by a bus then someone's gonna forget to renew 3 or 4 L .com
