Not free! You have to sign up for atleast one offer. It might be cheaper, but it doesnt help people who don't have a Credit Card.

What these companys do is advertise as free, but you must fill out a ****ed offer which you will not need, they try to act like there are free offers but the offers all require C.C info and personal details. Chances are and offer will fraud you or charge you, and then the company would pretend you didn't fill out the offer and keep their profit.
