The worst registar you've seen

Register fly is the worse. In terms of registar. As for reseller, none in mind so far.

Godaddy is very bad, I think.

ignore him, i've been with godaddy for yrs and they are excellent. However!,register just flatout ****s i lost a domain with them.

IMHO, Network Solutions, they still charge $35 a domain per year.

I've never got a doomain before the one i have from ddboard so i can't really say.

BTW, why is registerfly bad?

Namecheap - good support; good prices; cheap privacy protection

Worst:

Godaddy - privacy protection too high; clunky interface
Registerfly - kaput!

Spot on - but there should be DRN as one of the best registrars

Honestly 1and1 has great options for registering there, but trying to cancel a domain just plain stinks. Unlike most regitrars they auto-renew and there is no way to opt out of this when you sign up. Then when you finally do find the cancel link and request to cancel/not renew a domain they send you an email with a link to follow. From that link you have to print and fax a the page to them. Total pain!

Had I known all this before hand I would have never registered any domains with them. Only reason I did was they had a buy 1 .com get 5 .info free.

I cannot remember what it was called, but the domains were $35 for a .com.
