You can register a domain with unverified paypal on dynadot.com (I recommend it!) or namecheap.com . Pick any, I recommend dynadot.com, they are the best

I used DynaDot before... It's quite good. I find Namecheap quite expensive though...

I think namecheap has free privacy protection.
And btw, I found out that netfirms.com sell domains for 5$, I think they accept unverified PayPal

My question is alittle off topic but I just couldn't find any proper section to ask, so I am asking here.

How can I make a payment via an unverified PayPal account?

I have one account and It has some dollers. I went to get a web host and they send me an invoice. But when I went to pay that it said My limit is $0 and I can't pay that, but my account had money and I never used them. So how can it be done? Or is there any mistake by me?

Hope I get an answer.
