I know you don't know it, but if you should bump with this host ever, be reminded..


I have 2 valuable domain names registered on XiDomains, and well, guess what I’m getting out of that not so popular domain name registrar? Nothing. Actually something, but that is crap. Since yesterday Morning (Philippine Time) my ticket on file was pending, and is still pending until now, I wonder if they really have that many visitors members, rather, to just keep me hanging until now?

I recently visited their crappy page, noticed it redesign just this very day (coincidence, huh) and displaying a very big banner that says “Buy DNS Management” ***?! Since when does a TLD doesn’t come with DNS Management? That must be something crappy new! Guess what guys, my ticket is still pending until now (its 10:30AM now, I started this post somewhere at 4AM and fell asleep), what wonders me is, as I have added .99 funds to my account there (it needs manual approval) they where able to approve me immediately, but they are unable to respond to the 3 tickets that I have left them. Quiet crappy huh?

Wow, their service is so crappy. Why don't you just move to another domain registrar? Hope everything works out fine, maybe after they have read your post.

Next time you contact them you should give them a feedback on how bad their support is and try to move to another registrar that is worth the money. Good luck!

just to clear this... not all registrars offer free DNS managemnt, so this is not something unusual. that's why domain registration fees vary.

XiDomains does offers a good service. I even know Shridhar, the one who owns XiDomains. Maybe, I get a good service from them.
