Hi Roberto,

did you try to straighten things out with them before your post here? It may be just an honest mistake. I know it is frustrating when these things happen, but maybe if you contact them they will correct the issue.

Hi Roberto,
This has happened to me a few times with different companies. It seems that alot of companies try to do this because they think that some customers will not check their bill close enough to realize that they are being double-billed. Contact them again, and let them know that you have proof on your credit card statement that they were already paid and that if they do not correct your account, you will have an attorney contact them. This should work, if it does not work,then you really should contact an attorney.
