why some one gives free doman reselling never trust unregistered companies

i already sign up for two (hosting & domain)
i 'll tell you about it
it is really free as you don't pay any thing for them
what you do is:
1- sign up (free)
2- enter your controll panel
3- look at whole price for domains , hosting ,services ,...etc
4- calculate your profit , add it to whole price then you put cusomer's price .
5- invit users to your site .
6- users will see your set price not whole price ,then they pay for company .
7- company take the whole price , then give you the prfit
