yeah, but nobody is going to let you resell domains for free.
you can make money off of it, but there's upfront costs!

normally, u are required to put up a deposit of a certain amount at least for domain reselling ..

They could do forced ads to pay it off...
Maybe make them intertwined... drive traffic in sites given out by you.
