Reseller plans that handle all support?

Hey guys, I wanted to know if there are any domain reseller plans out there that will do all customer support and billing for you.

I know that as a WWD does this but wanted to check if any other companies do that. Enom for example requires you to do customer support yourself.

Hi Charly...

Yes, WWD does this, or any Super Reseller can resell these same services. For instance, I am a Super Reseller and sell the Basic and Pro Reseller plans for less than WWD sells them. So, each year that your fees are due, you would save an extra $10.00 from me, while WWD would handle all of your support as well as all of your customer's support (should you so chose). Plus, you would have the option to call me if you needed any Domainer advice, etc...

The catch with getting a reseller account from a Super Reseller is that then you can't move-up to Super Reseller status yourself to resell the reseller accounts. Also, the API may be unavailable to you (requiring you to use the Instant Reseller Stores... though you can use your own name and actually design your own site, should you chose to).

I also have a reseller site that is free and handles all the billing. It is underwritten by eNom to provide domains for web hosting reseller accounts. The prices on Domains aren't bad, but the account isn't really setup as a Domain Registration Service (instead of a web hosting reseller), though that certainly could be done. Support there handles all customer support (although you can optionally chose to provide some or possibly all of that support yourself).

Reselling isn't too complicated when you are provided the support. This is done in order to allow the reseller the ability to concentrate on marketing. Of course, as a reseller you can always provide the tech support yourself, and for some time I did, but now support has gotten very good at what they do, so I just help out my freinds and those who would rather deal with me. Actually, it seems that everyone is happy with support and run to me for the extra hints and tips, which I am more than happy to provide.

Of course, any reseller can do the same sort of thing, or provide all the support, or even none.
