New reseller? - few questions.

How much i must have to became new domain reseller? Im must pay deposit? If yes how much? And how many domains i must register by month/year?

Depends on who are you getting account from.
GoDaddy resellers needs to pay about $200 a year depends on your plan. While there are some registrar that requires you input deposite up to $10k. Once again, depends on who your registrar is, some of the registrar don't require you require certain domains in a month or year.

yes I know GoDaddy resellers needs to pay about $200 a year too.
then you use that amount and charge your account again.
but you can buy info domains less than $1 from them.

this reselling is very hard to do business since we have to find customers
