Appalachia names dropping today

All through the drop lists Appalachia names are dropping today. I am not quite sure why now is the time to dump all of them. What happened there that decided someone to dump every name?

I guess if I lived in Appalachia it would be a good time to look for a name.

Yes. Tell us more about this but I don't understand either. I hadn't heard of this before.

Appalachia is a "redneck" region in Northeast United States. It clearly says in the post that manyl names with this word in the domain name are dropping today in quantity. If you had a marketing in or a product you wanted to promote with this appellation or quality, you would want to buy the domain name.

Thanks for the clarification. Thiw may be a good opportunity to catch some domains for local ventures.

I guess the joke is people might think or it may even be the case that such folks may not be web savvy or integrated into web site stuff in Appalachia. That might be why all those web sites are for sale.
