Registering expired domains for their Page Ranking rating alone ?

Today while browsing the lists of expired domains at http://justdropped.com, I found a few .com domains that had dropped, all with a Page Ranking rating of 2

The domains themselves aren't that great, they are all 5 letter pronouncable .com domains

Would you register those domains ?
Or are they just a waste of registration fees ?

my mate look, if you want to register a domain just regarding the page rank value, please do not do that because after a while when the search engines find out that the site contents which is yours are not search engine friendly and they are also not popular then the page rank of your site will be 0 very fast.... !!!

so be careful for your choice.

but if you are sure that you can setup a powerful website then be sure that your domain's Page Ranking will increase ...

I was planning on buying those domains and selling them, I though I might get an extra buck out of them.
But after I read what you said, I doubt I'll do it..

If I ever wanted to launch a new site though, then I might look for a domain name with a good Page Ranking to start with then

also if you want to increase your websites Page ranks do a search for Search engine optimisations techniqus on the net. do them and your site's page rank will go high
