.ma domain does have some use, so is with other domains from other less known countries.

For example, in Taiwan, the president of the National Chinese Party has a surname 'Ma', and therefore every one calls him President Ma.

So, guess what the fans of him does? They register a domain called "president.ma"

I think this is pretty ingenious though.
