Looking for Volunteers/Staff for BorgWeb

I am working on a new site, http://www.borgweb.com, it will be a tool for buying, selling and trading downloadable products and software with the site points (BorgPoints or BP$). Currently you can submit Gmail and Google Analyics Invites to receive points or 1 per post and 3 per thread in the forum.

I am looking for volunteers to work with me at creating graphics/designing the website, PHP/MySQL coding and some moderators/administrators. This is not a paid position, but may be enjoyable.

Requirements:
Trusted ********, TAZ, DDBoard or DigitalPoints Member (High REP/Trade Ranks)
Must have examples of work (portfolio or different sites)

Perks:
If the site is successful you may make some money
Unlimited email addresses (@borgweb.com, @d1r.info, @elseif.info)

I'm looking for help with the site and the forums, it would be great if you can design something. I'm still working on the coding of the site. If you want and have the time, you can design something, doesn't have to be too sophisticated at the moment. As I have no other applicants at this time it would be great.

glors: I don't need anything coded, all I need is a design in HTML and I will work with it. But it's not really that big of a deal at the moment.
