Php Designer Needed

I am looking for a PHP designer who can do a (somewhat?) simple job for me. All I need is a redirect page generated by the user and kept somehow online. Price can and will be negotiated.
(I am thinking 500 ddpoints)
I have no php skill... I have the websites psd. Yup.

if you want a redirect script heres one

PHP Code:

header( 'Location: http://www.google.com' ) ;
?>

you save this as index.php and put it on your server, and that's it
of course change the url to your site.
Try to type in this in your browser

zoran.atwebpages.com/

and see what happens with this script above.

I have some more smaller stuff to do on the site, but as I said I do not have a php background... and would rather have someone help me with it at the moment. (Still learning :P)
